Brigid Malloy is a Milwaukee-based children’s book illustrator and emerging tattoo artist with over five years of professional illustration experience. She has illustrated more than 20 children’s books, as well as artwork for children’s magazines, bringing a strong sense of storytelling, character, and warmth to her work.

Born and raised in Wisconsin in a family of ten children, Brigid developed a collaborative spirit and a deep appreciation for imaginative play at an early age—elements that continue to influence her visual style. Her professional experience includes illustrating promotional posters for community events such as Fromm’s Petfest, as well as a brief period designing custom beer tap handles, showcasing her versatility across both publishing and commercial design.

Brigid has also taught briefly at the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, sharing her knowledge and passion for illustration with emerging artists. Outside of her professional practice, she enjoys anime, video games, painting, crafting, and sketching. She is an avid coffee lover, an animal enthusiast, and lives with her fluffy cat, Pippin.
